For months I have a handful of numbers that call my cell phone with this annoying recording to hold for an important message and to press 9 to confirm that I am me – I didn’t know who this was, so like a month ago, I asked my fiance to answer the phone to find out who it is … of course they would not tell him, they just said it was a business matter, but he very sternly told them that this is a cell phone with a limited number of minutes and that we have a baby with a disability and this phone is our only means of communicating with medical personnel so stop calling this number with your computer and just mail whatever the heck you want.  Finally today, I was like let me talk to these people and see who the heck they are …
